Important Billing Policies

No Insurance Accepted: We are a "Fee-for-Visit" practice. We do not participate in Medicare or any private insurance programs. We cannot see Medicare patients.

Pharmacy Costs: The cost of your medication is paid separately to your preferred local pharmacy.

Laboratory Fees: Your annual screening lab panel and yearly required Urine Drug Screen at LabCorp is coordinated by us, but any additional or more frequent testing may incur separate fees.

No Early Refills: To maintain the highest safety standards for prescribing Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Naloxone) in a virtual setting, we strictly adhere to a 28-to-30-day refill cycle requiring a monthly visit for medication management.

**The first month will require 2 visits (the second 7 days after the first prescription) for induction followed by at least one visit a month (every 28-30 days) for ongoing medication management.
